The problem
Placement season runs on data, student records, recruiter pipelines, offer tracking, and it was living in hand-maintained spreadsheets: slow, error-prone, and impossible to report on institutionally.
contribution
What I did
- Developed an internal Placement Data Management Portal handling student records, recruiter tracking and placement workflows end to end.
- Evolved the system into Power BI dashboards for institutional reporting, with automated reporting pipelines replacing manual spreadsheet churn.
- Designed and implemented role-based access control separating coordinators and administrators.
