A Times Group education initiative needed both a public face and an operational backbone: regional managers tracking campaigns, school engagement and metrics had no unified system.

What I did
- Designed and developed the complete public website along with the internal CMS/CRM platform used by regional managers.
- Built backend services, dashboards and data workflows to visualize performance metrics, automate operations and keep business data consistently accessible.
- Experimented with AI-generated summaries and content support for internal operations.
- Collaborated directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready systems.
